Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
