Returns & Refunds Policy

At ADA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be returned with all original packaging, inserts, and accessories
  • Be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Your order number

Upon verification, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
